Refund, Cancellation, Postponement, Travel and Transfer of Registration:

Cancellation Policy:

If the organizer cancels the event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. This credit can be utilized for another event within one year from the cancellation date.


Postponement of Event:

In the event of a postponement, if you are unable or unwilling to attend on the rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. This credit can be applied to another event within one year from the date of postponement.


Refund Policy:

If a registrant is unable to attend and cannot transfer their participation, the following refund arrangements apply. To cover venue, printing, shipping, hotels, and other overhead costs, our refund policy is structured as follows:

  1. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the conference are eligible for a full refund, minus a $100 cancellation charge.
  2. Cancellations made within 60-30 days of the conference qualify for a 50% payment refund.
  3. Cancellations made within 30 days of the conference are not eligible for a refund.
  4. Virtual Participation registrations are non-refundable.

a) The above refund policies are applicable only if the registrant has not received the official invitation letter. If an invitation letter has been received but the attendee cannot participate, no refund will be provided.

b) In the case of non-attendance due to personal reasons, the registration fee is non-refundable. However, the fee will be credited for participation in any of our international conferences within one year from the registration date.

c) For visa denial, travel restrictions, or natural disasters preventing attendance, the registration fee will not be refunded. Nevertheless, the fee will be credited for participation in any of our international conferences within one year from the registration date.

d) As this conference is hybrid, the organizer reserves the right to conduct it in any format, physical or virtual. Refunds will not be provided for format changes.


Travel and Accommodation Responsibilities:

a) The responsibility for making and managing travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and accommodation, lies solely with the individual participant.

b) In the event of any changes to the conference format, cancellation, or venue adjustments, the organizers cannot assume responsibility for any costs incurred by participants for travel or accommodation.


Transfer of registration:

Fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization if the registered person is unable to attend. Transfers must be made in writing to info@iirst.com, providing the full name, title, contact phone number, and email address of the replacement person. Registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified. Registration can be transferred between conferences of the same organizer, except if intimated within 14 days of the respective conference. Transferred registrations are not eligible for a refund.


Visa Information

The organizer will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees are responsible for their visa and travel arrangements. Failed visa applications are not considered under the cancellation policy of the organizer, including the inability to obtain a visa..
